Patrick Burland

Patrick Burland serves as ACC’s Digital Communications Manager. In this role, he supports the organization’s digital strategy by managing real-time content, elevating leadership brands, and crafting rapid-response content across platforms.
Before joining ACC, Patrick produced digital ads for national advocacy groups and led digital fundraising efforts for federal and state candidate committees, generating millions of impressions and raising over $2 million during the 2024 election cycle. He has also worked on and managed local campaigns in his home state of Connecticut.
Patrick graduated from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C., with a Bachelor of Arts in political science.
