Aidan Shank

Aidan joined the American Conservation Coalition in 2023 and currently serves as Deputy National Field Director. In this role, he spearheads efforts to expand the organization’s footprint and amplify its impact across the country.

Leveraging his prior experience at the RNC and in grassroots politics, Aidan has been central to growing membership, event metrics, and coalition engagement. He has also helped convert this momentum into tangible political results through grassroots mobilization, external partnerships, and legislative advocacy.

When he’s not growing the conservative environmental movement, Aidan attempts to grow the yardage on his drive–but most days golf isn’t one of his talents. When he’s home in Wisconsin, Aidan enjoys playing hockey, grilling out, and shooting clays, but it’s a bit more difficult to find mountains for skiing and hiking. Cheese, brats, and beer, at least, remain universal.
