Originally from Sydney, Australia, Vale has spent the past decade in Washington, D.C., leading development efforts for organizations advancing liberty and civil society, including the Federalist Society and Atlas Network.
Trained in law and international studies at the University of Sydney, Vale brings a disciplined, donor-centric approach to fundraising focused on clear priorities, honest conversations, and measurable impact. He believes effective philanthropy starts with understanding what motivates people and giving them confidence that their support is making a real difference.
Vale lives in Northern Virginia with his wife, Alex, and their standard poodle, Rose, who remains firmly in charge.
