Summer is here, and we want to make sure we’re doing one of the best seasons of the year justice! Join us for a ten-week social media challenge that will push you to get outside, open you up to exciting activities, and better connect you and your community to our movement. Let’s make this summer one to remember!

We’ve curated an exciting lineup of challenges for each week of the summer. Mark your calendars and get ready for some fun!
Week of June 4: Do a solo mini-cleanup in your community
Week of June 11: Attend the ACC Summit and share your favorite part
Week of June 18: Shop at a local farmer’s market
Week of June 25: Reduce waste: donate, thrift, or upcycle something
Week of July 2: Enjoy the water! (Pool, creek, pond, lake, ocean)
Week of July 9: Wake up with the sun (photos of the sunrise)
Week of July 16: Hike somewhere new
Week of July 23: Make an eco-friendly swap (also the week of ACC’s birthday)
Week of July 30: Picnic in the park
Week of August 6: Take a walk at sunset (photos of the sunset)
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
We’re sharing this calendar in advance so you can plan ahead for each week’s challenge! Be sure to bookmark this page. At the start of each week, we’ll send out a reminder with that week’s specific challenge. All you have to do is participate and share your experience on social media using #ACCoutside!
THE PRIZES
We want to reward your dedication and creativity… plus a little competition never hurt anyone! Each week, we’ll randomly select a winner from the hashtag to receive a special prize. But that’s not all! At the end of the summer, we’ll choose a grand prize winner based on the number of overall entries, and they’ll receive a custom ACC soft cooler bag from LL Bean!
