ACC EVP To Participate in Green Market Revolution Webinar
The American Conservation Coalition’s (ACC) Executive Vice President, Danielle Butcher, will participate in a webinar about free market environmentalism following the release of Green Market Revolution.
The first of its kind, this book was written by more than 15 pro-market environmental organizations from all over the globe.
ACC’s Policy Team contributed two chapters to the book, which was published by the British Conservation Alliance and Austrian Economics Center. Other participating organizations include PERC, the CATO Institute, and the Center for Policy Studies.
ACC EVP Danielle Butcher said: “Green Market Revolution is a must-read for anyone who cares deeply for our natural world and is tired of the status-quo. While well intentioned, the environmental movement reliant on government overreach and bureaucracy has not been effective. The notion that we must choose between prosperity and environmental protection is not only false, but delays meaningful reforms. A market-approach is long overdue, and finally, there is a guide to a new way.”
